For ongoing recruitment support, I offer a retainer-based model. This means you’ll have me on deck as your dedicated recruiter, ready to find top talent whenever you need it. With a monthly retainer fee, you get continuous access to my services, ensuring a steady flow of candidates without the hassle of starting from scratch each time. Perfect for companies with frequent hiring needs or long-term growth plans!

$100 / hour
For those who need flexible, on-demand recruitment support, I offer an hourly rate. Whether you need help with sourcing, interviews, or consulting on your hiring strategy, you can tap into my expertise as needed. This option is perfect if you’re looking for specific assistance without committing to a full-service package. Pay only for the time you need!
